Value Realization Framework:

Value Realization is one of the critical steps in our Digital Strategy Yoga framework. Value realization is the ability to realize benefits or, in other words, the return on investments. The return on investments is aligned with the strategic objectives set during the beginning stages of the digital transformation. The value could also be realized in qualitative benefits such as client relationships and partner value creation. Our value realization framework helps organizations recover their investments in a progressive manner rather than a ‘wait till the end’ model.


The Digital Strategy Yoga™ framework steps include:

Step 1: During each of the steps in the Digital Strategy Yoga framework, we help document the value (success metrics) to be realized, and the assumptions that lead to it.
Step 2: Once the metrics are defined and the assumptions documented, it is important to document the variability range for the factors (assumptions) that determine the size of the return on investment (ROI). While the measurement parameters are important for the ROI, it is also critical to ensure organizational alignment for the method that will be used to calculate the returns and the variability factors.
Step 3: A detailed feedback mechanism is critical to establishing the improvement or improvisation processes to adjust our strategy and the plan.
Step 4: The final step is to execute the adoption plan for those stake holders that were identified as a part of the business strategy. Through this step, we would ensure engagement of all stakeholders, both internal and external, for the digitally transformed processes.
